Lauren is a 16-year-old entrepreneur, designer, and the Founder & CEO of Lauren Bradley Designs, a fashion accessories company she launched at just 10 years old with a sewing machine and a big dream. What began with handmade scrunchies has grown into a thriving brand known for its vibrant, handcrafted accessories that blend creativity with purpose. Lauren’s mission is to show that fashion can do more than make a statement — it can make a difference. Through proceeds from her business, she cares for the homeless community in Detroit and supports organizations such as Maui United Way and Project Rescue.  As a young leader balancing school and entrepreneurship, Lauren continues to inspire others with her passion, perseverance, and belief that age is never a limit to creating impact.
